Exclusive Entertainment Group combines over 14 years of professional service in procuring, reselling and trading tickets, event passes, hospitality, suites and services for all concerts, sports and theatre events including the most high-profile award show to the smallest of club shows. They have advertising budgets in the millions; we've all seen the ads. They employ dozens of employees. Offices are expensive in high dollar zip codes. We don't do any of that. Personal service has been shoved out of the way by many to save more on their over-the-top-overhead… not us! We pride ourselves on service first, no matter who you are. We'll give you the seating charts per your need. There's nothing more frustrating than pulling up a chart for an end stage and you need it in-the-round; and it's not there! Do you accept refunds?
Unfortunately, no.
Due to the "one of a kind" nature of ticket(s), we do not refund nor allow afterthought "buyer remorse". We work with you to fulfill your personal request and procure your tickets on a market that has set values determined by exterior conditions. Huh? These items are on what we like to call a secondary market, like the stock market. You're buying the ticket(s) at the current value, ie: buy price. The printed price on the ticket is just what the original box office charged at the time the event went on sale. Like a baseball card, a piece of art or a diamond, the price can fluctuate at any time depending on market conditions. Don't worry, we'll make sure your happy so there will be no need to return anything, ever. In the event that life happens, we'll work with you best we can to help resell your tickets. After all, we're here for you. We'll help.

How do we use your service?

Call or us. Tell us your story. Ask questions. We'll take it from there. We'll deliver your purchase for a nominal fee via overnight delivery, local courier or if you're in Orange County, Los Angeles or San Diego we may stop in and deliver your tickets ourselves.
